We want you to be totally happy with any purchases from the
Corporate Mums website and will do whatever possible to ensure that you remain a
satisfied customer of ours. To ensure we keep your best interests in mind,
please familiarise yourself with the Faulty and Damaged Goods policy below.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

In
compliance with the Trade Practices Act, you are entitled to a refund if the
products you purchased are: a)
faulty
or damaged in transit
b)
significantly
different to those shown or described to you
c)
not
doing what they’re supposed to do
You
must notify Corporate Mums by email at sales@corporatemums.com.au about
your damaged or faulty parcel within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any
items that are faulty, were damaged in transit or were not as ordered can be
returned within two weeks of purchase but will not be accepted unless
accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed Product Return
Form.

Shopping Online at Corporate Mums

ensure your shopping experience with Corporate Mums is as easy and hassle free
as possible, we have created an online shopping cart, and offer two forms of
payment for your convenience. PayPal and
Direct Deposit.
Before
you begin shopping, please have the following details on hand.

Your delivery address details
b)
A contact telephone number
c)
An email address
d)
Your credit card number, expiry date and security code or PayPal login details
or your bank account details to make a Direct Deposit.
e)
If the products are a gift for someone else, please have their contact number
and address details available too.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia.

Retail Online Shopping

Please
take your time to enjoy looking around the Corporate Mums website.
To learn
more about each of the Corporate Mums products, simply click on any product
button and a photo including features, benefits and price of the product will be
shown.
When you
have found something you would like to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button and you will be
taken directly to the PayPal website where you may choose to log into your
account, register to pay with your credit card or by Direct Deposit.
After
each item is added to your shopping cart, you will be given the choice to
continue shopping by returning to the Corporate Mums product page or proceed to
Postage and Final Checkout. .
If at any
time before Final Checkout you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart,
simply select the Remove Item button
displayed on the PayPal shopping cart webpage.
Once your
payment via PayPal has been approved, a receipt complete with an order number is
emailed by PayPal as confirmation of your purchase.

Wholesale Online Shopping

Thank you
for taking an interest in selling the Corporate Mums line of products through
your Retail store, Kindergarten, School or Daycare centre.
To
purchase the Corporate Mums line of products, at wholesale prices, you must
first Register your business or organisations details with us by clicking on the
Register Here button on the
Wholesale Page.
Once
registered, you will be contacted by Corporate Mums and set up with a Wholesaler
User Name and Password. You will then be
able to Login by clicking on the Login button located at the top right hand side
of the Home page and place an order from there.
To learn
more about each of the Corporate Mums products, simply click on any product
button and a photo including features, benefits and prices of the product will
be shown.
To order
product, simply complete all Business Name and Contact fields and select
the quantities of each product from the pull down menu. Prices shown are for 10 of each product
(except for the Starter Pack which includes 5 of each product) and excludes GST.
Wholesale
orders will be delivered by our preferred Courier and the cost of delivery,
added to your Invoice. Terms are
strictly 14 days from date of Invoice unless otherwise agreed by Corporate
Mums.
A
confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order details, delivery
charge and invoice total.

Postage and Delivery
|

All
retail orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after full payment has
been received. (Please allow up to an
additional 3 working days for any Direct Deposit transfers to occur).
Products
are packaged in a waterproof Australia Post Parcel Post satchel.
Products
are posted using the standard delivery service with Australia Post. (For most
Australian destinations this usually between 1 -4 working
days).
The cost of Packaging & Postage is
$7.80 inc GST per order.
Once your
payment via PayPal has been approved, a receipt complete with an order number is
emailed by PayPal as confirmation of your purchase

We reserve the right to deny in our sole discretion any user access to the client centre or our Website or any portion thereof without notice. You agree that in accessing and using our Website, you will only use software that you are legally entitled to use and such use will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
